Okay, so EFT may feel like a lot of steps in the beginning. And as a beginner you don’t want to miss any steps because if y ou do you are less likely to get a noticable result.
That’s why I created the illustrated EFT Cheat Sheet. It’s free to you, downloadable, printable, portable, and it all fits on one clear and easy to read sheet of paper (or computer screen). The cheat sheet guides you through each step, and includes an illustratiion which clearly shows you how to find each accupressure point to tap on. I’ve designed it in a way tht very simply shows you the long version and the shortcut version of EFT.
