I’m an Artist. Literally.  Trained at the University of Guelph’s School of Fine Art, my life long intuitive ability to find connections between seemingly unrelated things propelled me into a career as a visual communicator. This is a talent for pattern recognition.

In 2004 I discovered something that turned my life around… Tony Robbins. What this teacher was able to transform in me (through a 30 day home study course called Personal Power II) blew my mind.  I was hooked.  And I wanted to share it with everyone.  I studied and shared and studied and shared until suddenly people started asking me…

“When are you going to start charging for all the transformational work you’re facilitating for people?”

And a career as a life coach and healer was born!

What a treat it is to watch people transform before my eyes. It’s beautiful. I started this coaching practice in the Autumn of 2006.  On top of EFT, I also work with other Energy Psychology techniques such as the VAK process, temporal tapping, the “CURE™ Process, and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). The teachers who have had the biggest influence on my coaching style are Paul Cutright, Gary Craig, Tony Robbins, Mark Joyner, T. Harv Eker, and Deepak Chopra.


My Training Includes:

Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, Ontario. Majored in Fine Art, and focused much of my attention on English Literature and Philosophy.

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique; levels one and two of EFT certification (the original certification system) by trainers Paul Cutright, Gisella Kissing, and Judy Tucker. Two years of intensive mentorship with EFT Master and Relationship Coach, Paul Cutright.

Integral Relationships Coaching: I’m a Certified Integral Relationships Coach through the Center for Enlightened Relationships out of Santa Fe, New Mexico, which is headed up by founders Paul and Layne Cutright.

Reiki: 3 levels of Reiki; Secheim, Golden Dragon, and Violet Flame energies.  Trained by Reiki Master Alex Baisley out of Guelph Ontario.

Peak Potentials: Through T. Harv Eker’s training company, Peak Potentials, I’ve graduated from 4 trainings: Millionaire Mind Intensive; Enlightened Warrior Training Camp; Ultimate Leadership Training Camp; and Wizard Training Camp.
